Email [email protected] and you'll get a reply, usually within a couple of days. Telling me which iPhone model and which iOS version you're on makes it much faster to sort out.
The app needs permission to use the camera and the microphone. Open the iPhone Settings app, scroll to Teleprompt Free, and turn on both Camera and Microphone.
Recordings are not saved automatically. After you stop recording, the video opens on a review screen — tap Share / Save to send it to Photos, Files, Messages, or anywhere else. Tapping Discard deletes it.
That ad is what keeps the app free. A Premium subscription removes it. If an ad fails to load, the app lets you export anyway rather than leaving you stuck.
Above the record button. Which ones appear depends on the lenses your iPhone actually has, and they change when you switch between the front and back cameras. You can also pinch anywhere on the preview to zoom to any point in between.
The format is chosen when you create a project — 9:16, 16:9, 4:5 or 1:1 — and it stays fixed for that project. Hold the phone the way the format expects to fill the frame with the full width of the camera.
Syncing projects across devices is a Premium feature, and it also requires an iCloud account signed in on the device (Settings app, your name at the top). Recorded videos are never synced — only projects, scripts, and their settings.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple Account that bought the subscription.
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and cancel from there. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the period you already paid for.
